Responsibilities included:

• Board‑level governance and strategic direction for the assets owned by Mountain Resort Real Estate Fund SICAV

• Asset management and risk oversight across five Alpine resorts, including FINMA regulatory compliance

• Negotiation of an exclusive partnership with Pierre & Vacances, the French market leader in holiday home rental

Outcome
The exclusive partnership with Pierre & Vacances strengthened distribution and commercial reach, reinforcing Swisspeak's position as a leading Alpine hospitality platform.
