One of Switzerland's most iconic Alpine hotels. Together with Hotel Monte Rosa and Le Petit Cervin, the three properties form a historic cluster under unified management in Zermatt.

Role & Contribution
Key responsibilities included:

• Asset management and capital planning across all three properties for long-term value creation

• Negotiations with the tenant to ensure strategic and operational alignment

• Oversight of contractual matters and performance monitoring

Outcome
Led the successful sale of the Zermatt portfolio on behalf of the fund, following coordinated asset management across all three properties.
