The Fairmont Montreux Palace is one of Switzerland’s most iconic grand hotels, set on the shores of Lake Geneva. A landmark asset requiring active management and long-term value creation.

Role & Contribution
Key responsibilities included:

• Asset management and long-term value creation within the Credit Suisse Hospitality Real Estate Fund

• Oversight of the operator relationship with Fairmont

• Capital investment planning and execution, including renovations and new restaurant concepts

Outcome
Led the successful disposal of the asset on behalf of the fund, following a period of sustained reinvestment and disciplined asset management.
